Section 44(3)(i) in Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016

(i)in the case of a rule made with reference to clause (a) of sub-section (2), with imprisonment which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to twenty five thousand rupees or with both;
