1. Learned Counsel Mr. Surve appearing for the petitioners submitted that an identical issue is raised in Writ Petition Nos.1218 of 2019 and 1252 of 2019.
Learned Counsel then submitted that as there was some typographical error in the order of this Court dated 29.01.2019, the petitioners approached this Court with a prayer for speaking to minute and by order dated 08.02.2019 the prayer was allowed and accordingly order was modified. Both these orders dated 29.01.2019 and 08.02.2019 are place on record. The same are taken on record and marked "X" collectively for identification.

2. Issue nsotice to the respondents, returnable on 26.03.2019. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Learned Counsel Mr. S.G. Chapalgaonkar waives notice for respondent No.4/University.
3. By way of interim order, interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clauses (C) and (D) till the returnable date.
