(1)In the case of a claim to a right of a kind specified in Cl. (a), Cl, (b) or Clause (c) of Section 11, sub-section (1) the Forest Settlement Officer shall pass an order specifying the particulars of such claim and admitting or rejecting the same wholly or in part.
