Section 179(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act, the rules and regulations made thereunder, shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in other law for the time being in force.
