403.
Upon the hearing of such petition, the costs of execution, including the amount of the stamps attached to the petition, shall be ascertained and shall be added to the decree; and in cases in which the amount of the purchase-money exceeds the amount of the decree and of such costs, the decree-holder who has so purchased the property shall pay into Court 25 per cent, of the balance of the purchase-money after deducting the amount of the decree and of such costs, and shall pay the balance at the expiration of fifteen days in accordance with Order XXI, Rule 85 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
