1] Appeal is allowed.
2] The Judgment and order passed by Trial Court
in Sessions Case No.5 of 2013 giving conviction for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed and set aside.
3] The appeallants are in jail. They be released forthwith from jail.
