Section 16(1) in Gudalur Janmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1969
(1)Except where the Government otherwise direct, no person admitted by a janmi into possession of any land of the description specified in section 11, shall be entitled to any rights in, or to remain in possession of, such land.
