Section 36(3) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(3)Any member of the panel of Advocates may withdraw his membership of the panel of Advocates by an application in writing addressed to the Committee. The member shall cease to be the member of panel of Advocates from the date of acceptance of his withdrawal by the Committee.
