Section 14 in Rajasthan Tenancy (Government) Rules, 1955
14.
Land within one hundred yards of railway fencing, or within fifty yards of roads maintained by the Government shall not be allotted for house-sites to tenants. Land within a radius of 12 miles from the Municipal limits of Jaipur City; and land situated within a radius of five miles of a town, should not be allotted within the sanction of the Commissioner.
