Section 69(5) in The M.P. Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993
(5)The Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, the [Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat or Zila Panchayat] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 26 of 1994 (w.e.f. 30-5-1994).] shall be responsible for keeping and maintaining the records of the Janpad Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat or Zila Panchayat as the case may be.
