Section 7(a) in Rules for the Election of Members including the President and the Vice-President of the Rajasthan Pharmacy Council and the Members of the executive committee of the said council, 1968
(a)if the number of duly nominated candidates be equal to or less than the number of seats for which the election is held, the Returning Officer shall declare such candidates as duly elected; and
