Section 1(3) in The Manipur Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [23rd April, 1994, vide notification No. S.O. 328(E), dated 23rd April, 1994, see Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, sec. 3(ii).] as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
