Section 11(1) in The Legal Metrology (Approval of Models) Rules, 2011
(1)The certificate of approval shall also contain the following information's namely: -(a)the number of the certificate;(b)a brief description of the model;(c)the mark assigned to the approved model;(d)the category of weight or measure;(e)a brief statement of the results of the tests;(f)the special conditions, if any, to be complied with for the manufacture, verification and use of weights or measures conforming to the model; and(g)the place or places where the verification seal or stamp or both may be affixed.[***] [Omitted '(2) The certificate of approval shall become effective on and from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette' by Notification No. G.S.R. 823(E), dated 6.11.2019 (w.e.f. 1.3.2011).].
