2. Definitions.
- ln these rules, unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Board" means the Board of Primary Education, Orissa;(b)"Convener" means the Convener of the Working Committee or of the Scrutiny Committee, as the case may be;(c)"Secretary" means Secretary of the Press, Preparation and Publication Committee constituted under the Board of Primary Education, Orissa.
