Section 54(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Conduct of Election of Members) Rules, 2005
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then as soon as may be delivered the ballot boxes and all such packets and papers used at the polling station or cause them to be delivered to the Election Officer at such places as he may direct.
