Section 39(2)(v) in The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act, 1957

(v)everything done or action taken by or under any provision of the Ordinance hereby repealed and not otherwise provided for shall be deemed to have been done or taken, as the case may be, by or under the corresponding provision of this Act.
