(2)In relation to the constitution, term of office and conduct of business of such committees and other cognate mattears, the provisions of Section 55-A shall mutatis mutandis apply subject to the variation that for the expressions "Sarpanch", "Up-Sarpanch" and "Panchayat" the expression "Pramukh", "Up-Pramukh" and "Zila Parishad" shall respectively be substituted.][Substituted by Section 40 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj.
