Section 13(1) in The Pepsu Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1954
(1)Except under sub-section (3) of section 4, no Civil Court or any other authority shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any question which under this Act is required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Financial Commissioner, Commissioner, Collector or special officer.
