Section 17(6) in The Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1975
(6)Any amount of money which a person is required to pay to the Commissioner or for which he is personally liable to the Commissioner under this section, shall, if it remains unpaid be recoverable as an arrears of land revenue.
