(4)Every list maintained under sub-rule (3) shall be produced before an Inspector [or any officer of a specified rank and class appointed to assist the Inspector] [ Inserted by G.S.R. 466, dated 18.7.1991 (w.e.f. 17.8.1991).] when required.
