Section 345(c) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(c)Sub-Lieutenant. - A direct entrant in this rank must have attained the age of [23 years] [Substitued by S.R.O. 55, dated 2nd February, 1967] and be less than 26 years of age and hold the qualifications required of an Acting Sub-Lieutenant.
