19. Management and discipline.
- Persons remanded to or detain in, receiving Centre and Certified Institutions under this Act shall be subject to such rules of management and discipline, including the imposition of manual or other work and the awarding of punishment of breach of any such rules, as may, from time to time, be prescribed.
