Section 31(1) in The Uttar Pradesh Public Health And Epidemic Diseases Control Act, 2020
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or regulation or rules or order made thereunder.
