Section 8(4) in The Sailing Vessels (Members Of Crew) Rules, 1967
(4)Where a permit or an identity card which has been stated to be lost or destroyed and in respect of which a duplicate has been issued under this rule, is subsequently found, it shall be delivered to the Issuing Authority for cancellation.
