Section 1 in The Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1)This Act may be called the Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 6th day of June, 1992.
