Section 36(iii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(iii)The Election Officer shall provide the Presiding Officer at the polling station at which such adjourned poll is held, with the sealed packet containing the marked copy of the list of the voters, ballot papers and a new ballot box.
