Section 5(1) in Kerala Anganawadi Workers' and Anganawadi Helpers' Welfare Fund Act, 2016
(1)Any person who has got permanent appointment as Anganawadi Worker or Anganawadi Helper in the Anganawadis of Kerala may apply to the Board for a membership in the Fund in such form and manner as may be specified in the Scheme.
