Section 13 in Bombay Live-Stock Improvement Act, 1933
13. Penalty for keeping a bull in contravention of this Act or rules or without or in contravention of licence. - Whoever in contravention of this Act or any rule or order made under this Act or of any terms, conditions or restrictions of licence keeps a bull shall, on conviction, [be punished for a first offence with fine which may extend to twenty-five rupees and for a second or subsequent offence, with fine which may extend to fifty rupees].
