02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Two extra copies of the writ petition be served on Mr. Prasanna Kumar Parhi, learned Assistant Solicitor General and Mr. Satyabrata Panda, learned Central Government Counsel by 2 tomorrow (06.07.2021), as he takes notice for Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2.

4. Issue notice to the Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4 by Registered Post with AD. Requisites shall be filed within a week, as undertaken.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, as an interim measure it is directed that, the disqualification of the petitioner bearing Director Identification Number (DIN) 05335243 as Director of Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4- companies shall be kept in abeyance, till the next date.

5. List this matter after Service Return from the Opposite Parties 3 and 4.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
