160. Reform and treatment programmes.

- The reform and treatment programmes shall be conducted within the enclosure itself. Minimum technical education with the main stress on basic education and handicraft work shall be conducted within the enclosure itself. These prisoners shall not be taken out to mix with other prisoners.
