Section 46(1)(a) in The Delhi Water Board Act, 1998

(a)The water supply and sewage disposal account of the Municipal Fund constituted under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and all properties, assets and liabilities under the control of the Delhi Water Supply and Sewage Disposal Undertaking immediately before such date shall vest in the Board;
