Civil Suit No.61 of 2022 28.10.2022 Present: Mr. Varun Gupta, Advocate, for the plaintiff.
The present suit has been filed by the plaintiff for recovery of Rs.35,20,913 along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of making the payment of said amount by the plaintiff to the Joint fdCommissioner, Commercial Tax Department, Noida.
As per Notification No.HHC/PJ/93-I, dated 17.10.2022, Court of Senior Civil Judge shall exercise the jurisdiction in all Original Civil Suits, the value of which exceeds Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs), but does not exceed Rs.60,00,000/-(Rupees Sixty Lakhs).
Since the present suit has been valued by the plaintiff at the rate of Rs.35,20,913/-, as such, the same is transferred to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P., who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. Plaintiff is directed to appear before the aforesaid Court on 01.12.2022.
The records be sent to the said Court, forthwith, so as to reach well before the date fixed.
Insofar as this Court is concerned, the suit shall stand disposed of.
