Section 14(2) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(2)The Registrar shall receive all money payable to the Council. He may at any time retain in his hand a sum not exceeding five,thousand rupees per month to meet current expenditures. The balance shall be lodged in the Bank to the credit of the Council.
