Section 33(1) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)The State Government shall prepare sponsorship programmes in consultation with the Non Governmental Organizations, Child Welfare Committees, other relevant Government agencies and the agencies in corporate sector.
