5. For appointment.
(a)Qualification.-(i) He/she must be a citizen of India and resident of the concerned district of the State of Bihar,(ii)At least a law graduate from any recognized institute or university shall be eligible for appointment on the post of Nyaya Mitra of Gram Katchahry.(b)Age.-Minimum age of the candidate shall be 25 years and maximum age will be 65 years on 1st January of the year in which appointment is being made.
