Section 17(2) in Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019
(2)Every person, firm, agency or company already engaged in drilling of ground for extraction of ground water shall apply for the registration with the District Ground Water Management Council within such period as may be required by the said Council.
