Section 73(1) in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
(1)The Syndicate may invite a person of high academic distinction and professional attainments to accept a post of a teacher or Research officer in the University on such terms and conditions as it deems fit, and on the person agreeing to do so, appoint him to the post, subject to the approval by the Chancellor.
