Section 19(2) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the members of the Gram Panchayats functioning immediately before coming into force of this Regulation, shall continue to hold their office till the expiration of the term specified under sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayatse Rulation, 1965.
