Section 129 in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
129. Licensee liable for the acts of his employees.
- The licensee shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of his managers, servants or agents committed or made with his knowledge and consent and arising out of or in connection with the cinema to which his licences relate.
