Learned counsel for the respondents-landowners places reliance on the order dated 5.2.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 1853 of 2012 (Attar Singh VS. State of Haryana and others), to contend that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 5.2.2016 passed in Attar Singh's case (supra).
The correctness of the abovesaid statement by learned counsel for the respondents-landowners could not be denied by 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 27-04-2016 00:13:23 ::: CM No. 12953-CI-2015 in/and 2 RFA No. 4694 of 2013 (O&M) learned counsel for the appellant and rightly so, it being a matter of record.
In view of the above, instant appeal is disposed of in terms the order dated 5.2.2016 passed in Attar Singh's case (supra).
