Section 2(a) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(a)[ "college" means a constituent or an affiliated college of the University enumerated in or under sub-section (1) of section 5 and shall include an autonomous college as well as a college admitted to the privileges of the University in accordance with or under this Act; [Substituted by Rajasthan 35 of 1992, w.e.f. 15.12.1992.]
