(11)If a book is prescribed or recommended by the Board for any examination, the publishers or authors should sent two copies of each book for record in the Board. They should also sent two copies of the same book whenever they bring out a new edition so long as that book remains in force so that it could be checked with the specimen originally submitted by them.
