Section 77(c) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(c)the power, subject to the control of the Chairman to grant, refuse, suspend or withdraw all licenses, the power to grant which is conferred by this Act or by rules or regulations made thereunder except licenses for markets, slaughter houses or hackney carriages; and
