Section 56(5)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956

(a)If the applicant does not amend the valuation to the satisfaction of the Collector, the Collector shall move the Court to which the application for probate or letters of administration was made for holding an inquiry into the true value of the property.
