- When an absconded offender appears in Court, or is arrested by parties other than the police of the police-station to which the warrant was sent in the first instance, or when a warrant is cancelled under section 75 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Court officer shall send information to the police-station and ask for the return of the warrant.
