Section 9(d) in The Orissa Affiliation of Bar Association Scheme, 1981
(d)for any other reason as the Council may determine; provided however when the disaffiliation is sought to be done under Clauses (b) to (d), no such order shall be, passed by the Council without affording an opportunity to the Association, of hearing/being heard.
