Section 36(f) in The Inland Steam Vessels (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1962
(f)All vessels are prohibited from approaching any wharf or ghat or jetty at a greater speed than two miles an hour Le. they shall approach the wharves or ghat or jetty dead slow.
