17. Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1)The appointment of the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be made by the Chancellor in such manner as may be specified by the Statutes.(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the Statutes or the Ordinances.
