Section 2(m) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964

(m)"soil and water conservation" means reclamation, maintenance and improvement of soil and water resources and includes-

(i)proper land utilization according to its potentialities; and

(ii)any of the measures mentioned in the Second Schedule;
