34. Cesses not be levied in certain cases.
- Notwithstanding anything in any law for the time being in force no cess shall be levied, on tax on professions, trades, callings and employments under any such law and the provision in such law authorising such levy and collection shall, on and from the date of commencement of this Act, stand repealed.
